We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. 2. Returns Due to the custom nature of made-to-order products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item (wrong model, design, or size).

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or incorrect item.

3. Refunds Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@novaflair.store and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
